Herzliya Pituah

where light becomes architecture

Discover

01 — The spirit of the place

A house of white stone and glass, ten minutes' walk from the Mediterranean shore.

In Herzliya Pituach, on Israel's most coveted coastline, BaselGardenVilla unfolds its open volumes towards the sky and the sea. Here, architecture falls silent: pure lines, noble materials, and a light that crosses every room from morning to dusk. A residence conceived as a parenthesis — intimate, sunlit, utterly serene.

The story of the spaces

The Grand Salon
02Volume · Zenithal light

The Grand Salon

Under a vaulted ceiling of white beams, the living room unfolds like a pavilion open to the garden. The chevron parquet absorbs the light, while organic eggshell pendants float like suspended clouds. The deep grey sofa invites rest; the warm wooden kitchen extends the space without ever interrupting it. One single room, one single breath.

The Glass Salon
03Detail · Side table

The Glass Salon

A plunging view over the coffee table, where every object seems curated by a sculptor. The mustard-yellow bowl lights up the composition, succulents breathe in their black ceramic, and the sculptural ring draws a perfect curve. On the rug with hand-drawn waves, the taupe velvet sofa becomes an island. It is the art of living reduced to its essence: the beauty of the everyday gesture.

The Summer Kitchen
04Island · Wood and quartz

The Summer Kitchen

The central island, clad in pale wood with warm grain, rises beneath a textured pendant that filters light like a sail. The white quartz worktop holds a glass cloche sheltering a green fruit, the promise of a Mediterranean morning. Integrated appliances disappear into the line of the staircase. Here, cooking becomes an almost ceremonial act, bathed in clarity.

The Master Suite
05Rest · Drape and light

The Master Suite

The softly grey upholstered bed stands at the centre, draped with a geometric-patterned throw. Sheer white curtains filter the day into a luminous veil, and the undulating plaster walls catch every hour of light. A curved armchair invites reading, a textured rug warms the pale oak floor. A bedroom conceived as a refuge, where time slows down.

The Room of Light
06Guest room · Twin beds

The Room of Light

Two twin beds in white wood face each other in an alcove bathed in cream tones. An LED strip unrolls a discreet rainbow beneath the bed frame, the playful signature of a room designed for young guests. The black-framed window opens onto the sky, filtered by a vertical sheer. A tender room, where the rigour of structure welcomes the softness of dreams.

The Suspended Terrace
07Outdoors · Pergola and patio

The Suspended Terrace

Beneath the dark steel pergola, the outdoor lounge sinks into sand-coloured cushions. A rustic brick column recalls the earth, while beyond, the turquoise pool glimmers between slate tiles. White sun loungers await noon, flowering trees close the horizon. A threshold where the interior tips into the garden without a single rupture.

Night on the Water
08Outdoors · Pool at dusk

Night on the Water

When the day withdraws, the pool lights up with a cold glow and spotlights caress the foliage in gold. The loungers fall silent, the cabana bed emerges from the half-light. The villa becomes a theatre of shadows and reflections, where every architectural line mirrors on the still water. This is the hour when luxury becomes silence, and the evening belongs to you alone.

The Great Volume
09Perspective · Black parquet

The Great Volume

A single glance embraces the whole house: the black herringbone parquet draws a deep, graphic line, the vault opens above the white beams, and two oversized pendants float like paper lanterns. The wooden kitchen island, the long table with its eight grey chairs, the brick column and the yellow velvet armchair — every element answers the same silence.

The Summer Lounge, at Night
10Outdoors · After nightfall

The Summer Lounge, at Night

Beneath the dark pergola, the outdoor lounge glows: cream sofas, a low white table, and a sphere of warm light set down like a lantern. The stone pillars catch the wall-washers, the pool holds on to its blue, the garden sinks into shadow. Evening has an architecture of its own here — made of halos and calm.

The Art Room
11Suite · Sculpture and softness

The Art Room

A cream tufted bed, a vertical headboard, and a wide oak floor covered by a rug of concentric waves. An organic mirror leans against the wall, a black-and-white bear stands guard, and a white screen waits for the evening on its swivel arm. Art enters the bedroom without ever raising its voice.

The Bathing Room
12Bath · Black and light

The Bathing Room

Behind the glass, rain falls from a square head, while a line of LED runs along the glossy black tiles like a signature. The patterned floor recalls an older craft; beyond the door, a wooden staircase climbs under small luminous niches. A bathroom conceived as a jewel box — dark, precise, luminous.

The Hosts' Table
13Living · Kitchen and company

The Hosts' Table

The white island carries its wooden trays and a bowl of lemons; behind it, the warm wooden kitchen cabinets and the horizontal windows. The long dark table gathers eight grey chairs, the glass coffee table holds a yellow bowl, and a playful figure keeps watch over the room. A place built for long lunches that turn into evenings.

The Dressing Room
14Suite · Order and light

The Dressing Room

A narrow, luminous corridor of white units, where clothes hang in silence and the oak keeps its knots. Track spotlights sweep the shelves, a glass bottle catches the light, and a grey fur rug closes the aisle. Order as a form of luxury.

The Glass Suite
15Bedroom · Desk and glass wall

The Glass Suite

The bed, dressed in a grey chevron, faces a dark glass partition behind which the round white bathtub appears. A small desk and a cream armchair compose a corner for writing, an abstract canvas holds the wall, and warm wood runs the full length of the floor. Sleeping and bathing, separated by nothing but a reflection.

The Circular Bath
16Bath · Stone and chrome

The Circular Bath

A round freestanding tub, a walk-in shower under a matte black rain head, chrome fittings on a wall of black tiles crossed by a horizontal LED. The encaustic floor unfolds its grey and white geometry, a wooden stool rests between tub and wall. The ritual of water, staged with precision.

The Room of Shadow
17Bedroom · Plaster and night light

The Room of Shadow

A textured white wall catches the light and becomes a bas-relief; the bed rests on a blue halo slipping from beneath its base, draped in a grey chevron duvet. A curved armchair, a wooden desk, a small glowing sphere, curtains from floor to ceiling. A bedroom where light is never brutal, only veiled.
